Terms of service

These terms cover your use of the Fetch website and service. The Mac app has its own licence (the EULA).

Your account

You need to be 16 or older. You sign in with your email; keep access to it safe. One purchase covers up to 3 of your Macs.

Your photos

• Upload only photos you took or have the right to use.
• Real animals only: no people as the main subject, no cartoon or trademarked characters, nothing unsafe.
• You keep ownership of your photos. You give us permission to use them only to make and fix your pet.

Your pet

The 3D pet we make for you is for your personal use, on your Macs and on the share page if you turn it on. You may not resell the model or use it to train other models.

Payments and refunds

Purchases are one-time and processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Refunds follow our refund policy. A refund removes the pet from your Macs.

Share pages

Share pages are public. We may remove a share page that breaks these terms, and anyone can report one.

The service

We work hard to keep Fetch running and your pets safe, but the service is provided as is. Our liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim, except where the law does not allow that limit.
