What makes a Persian Cat look like yours
A Persian is a round face inside a cloud of fur. Short nose, wide-set eyes, small ears tucked into the coat, and a long, silky coat that changes the cat's shape completely from one grooming to the next.
Persians come in solid white, black, blue, cream and red, and also shaded silver, chinchilla, calico, tabby and colourpoint. Your cat is made from your photos, so their coat colour and face shape come from them, not from a breed model.

Flat face
The short nose and full cheeks are built from your face photo, so a doll-face and a flat-face Persian look different.
Round, wide eyes
Copper, green or blue, taken from the photo. Wipe the eyes first if tear stains are not something you want to keep.
Long, silky coat
A full coat, a lion cut or something in between. Use photos showing the coat you want to see.
Small, low ears
Tiny rounded ears set far apart and almost hidden in fur.
The best photos of your Persian Cat
The coat hides the body, so brush your Persian before the photos and let it settle naturally. Take the face photo at eye level and close, because the nose and eyes sit deep in the fur and need to be sharp. Soft daylight keeps white and cream coats from blowing out. For the side view, a picture of your cat standing or walking shows more shape than one curled up.

Questions
Does it work for Persian mixes?
Yes, Exotic Shorthairs, Himalayans and fluffy cats with a Persian face work fine. We build each pet from its photos, so the mix never has to fit a category.
What if my Persian cat has unusual markings?
Calico patches, a smoke undercoat, silver tipping or a single dark spot on a white cat are taken from your photos. Show them in soft light.
My Persian is shaved in summer. Which coat will the model have?
The one in your photos, so choose pictures from the season you want to keep.
Can it handle such a flat face?
The face is built from your photo, so a close, sharp front shot is the most important one for a Persian. You see the preview first, and if the face is not right, two regenerations are free.
