What makes a Devon Rex look like yours
A Devon Rex looks like nothing else: oversized ears set low on the head, large eyes, high cheekbones and a short, soft, wavy coat. The body is slim and the legs long, and the whole cat looks like it is about to get up to something.
Devons come in every colour and pattern, from solid grey to tabby, calico and colourpoint. A pet made from your photos keeps your cat's colour and the exact size of those ears. Our ready-made Devon is grey, ears and all.

The best photos of your Devon Rex
A Devon's ears are the first thing anyone sees, so take the face photo straight on and close enough that both ears are fully in the frame. Use soft light: the thin, wavy coat shows its texture better without flash. For the side photo, catch your cat standing, which shows the long legs and slim body.

Does it work for Devon Rex mixes?
Rex crosses and other curly-coated cats are built from their own photos.
What if my Devon Rex has unusual markings?
Tortie, calico, tabby or colourpoint patterns come from your pictures.
How do I capture those huge ears?
Frame the face photo so both ears are fully inside it, straight on and close.
My Devon's coat is thin in places. Will the model be patchy too?
The model follows the photos, so a patchy coat stays patchy. Soft light shows the texture well.
What about a Cornish Rex or a Sphynx?
